While we normally work in new construction projects, we can provide services for existing buildings as well.  The goal for any existing building study is to understand how a building currently uses energy, and what the opportunities and economic returns for improving the efficiency.   There is often a big opportunity for reducing utility costs, especially in older buildings, and we can uncover and quantify those opportunities in a clear and unbiased fashion.

We can perform the following services for existing buildings:

• ASHRAE Level 1, 2, or 3 audits

• Technical support for performance contracts (ESCO work)

• Sustainable certification consulting (LEED EBOM, Green Globes, EnergyStar®, etc.)
